Welcome to ScanNova. By installing, configuring, or interacting with our mobile application utility, you agree to bound yourself strictly to these operational parameters.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your programmatic access to ScanNova. If you do not accept these limitations, proceed to delete the application package from your terminal immediately.

2. Use of Application

ScanNova grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable runtime token to operate the scan framework for legitimate individual workflows. You must not exploit this code matrix to distribute malware structures or malicious payloads.

3. User Responsibilities

You assume complete structural liability for any data inputs drafted into the custom QR generation engine. Generating deceptive financial, phishing, or malicious redirect endpoints remains your exclusive fault.

4. Intellectual Property

The code architecture, visual assets, layouts, and registration layers remain the continuous personal properties of Wail Pathan. Unauthorized distribution of modified clones is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

ScanNova is compiled and launched "AS IS," without any direct or implied warranties. We do not guarantee continuous visual extraction performance across every variance of customized Android camera hardware modules.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no scenario shall the developer, Wail Pathan, be held liable for storage exceptions, data corruption, or temporary workflow interruptions arising from the operational environment.

7. Advertisements

This software integrates clean monetization layers including the Unity Ads SDK framework. By running this application package, you acknowledge and agree to receive advertising assets in designated non-obstructive pathways.

8. Third-Party Services

The application relies on structural system frameworks managed by Android OS and external analytical providers to process matrix parameters safely. We do not control their distinct background protocols.

9. Termination

We reserve the option to restrict compilation access, block app services, or terminate integration instances at our single discretion if core software terms are broken.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms are subject to modifications over time. Continuing system interaction post-update serves as absolute confirmation of your structural agreement.
